Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We reserve the time for your appointment and will not be able to fill the slot if you cancel on short notice or do not show up, to be respectful of both parties’ time, we ask that you follow the guidelines below:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, email or cancel through the online patient portal 24-hours in advance. Canceling between 24 and 1 hour before the appointment is considered a late cancellation.

• If there are more than two occurrences of late cancellations, starting on the third occurrence we charge a late cancellation fee ($40 for cupping sessions and $70 for acupuncture sessions) for appointments cancelled between 24 and 1 hour before the appointment.

• Cancelling within 60 minutes of your appointment time, or not arriving for your appointment without any communication or contact, is considered a no-show. Since there is no way for us to fill the appointment with such short notice, no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

• If we are unable to contact you after a no-show, any future scheduled appointments may be cancelled until we hear from you.

• If there is an unpaid balance of late cancellation or no show fee on your account, it will be due before the next appointment starts.
